Fees

Clear, simple fees

You pay for the time Frank spends on your file, at one hourly rate. If you would rather know the cost up front, ask about a block fee.

Hourly

$250 per hour

Covers intake meetings, joint sessions, review of financial disclosure and drafting the memorandum of understanding. Most couples share the cost, but you can split it however you agree.

Ask for pricing

A block fee buys a set number of hours at a fixed price, which makes budgeting easier. Block pricing depends on the issues involved, so contact Frank for a quote.

What affects the total cost

  • How many issues you need to resolve. A parenting schedule alone takes less time than parenting, support and property together.
  • How much financial information has to be gathered and reviewed.
  • How close you are when you start.

Mediation is usually far cheaper than going to court, where each person pays their own lawyer for every step. In mediation you share one neutral professional.

Ready to talk it through?

Call or email Frank to ask a question or book a first session. You can contact him on your own; the other person does not need to call at the same time.
